Facility: The gym is located in the heart of Gaithersburg, right in Old Town. We are only 5-7 miles from 1-270, 355, Lakeforest Mall, Shady Grove Road, and the AirPark. The Gym is 11,000 square feet, with 28 foot ceilings and air-conditioning. We have separate areas for observation, dance/pre-school and Gymnastics/Rhythmic Gymnastics.
Equipment: There is a full 40x40 gymnastics floor, and a full 42x42 Rhythmic floor. Women's Gymnastics equipment includes uneven bars, balance beam, and vault.Men's Gymnastics equipment includes parallel bars, high bars, rings, pummel horse, vault and mushroom. Training equipment includes strap bars, tumble tramp, in-ground trampoline, above pit bar and landing for vault, balance beam and tumbling. In addition, we have lots of different mats and equipment for our pre-school and toddler program.
