Day Camp General Policies
Tuition must be paid in advance because we have a limited amount of spaces, and to ensure that your child receives a place in our camp. Please do not send your child to the camp before you have made payment. We reserve the right to stop any campers if camp fee is not paid.

For lunch and snack time, the student must provide their own food.

NO MAKE-UPS OR CREDIT FOR MISSED HOURS AND DAYS

Full payment is due before the first day of the camp for each week.

Refund Policies
Cancellation before the first class, you will receive 70% refund or credit for that week.

Cancellation after the first class, and before the second, you will receive 50% refund or credit for that week.

Cancellation after the second class, before the third class, you will receive 30% refund or credit for that week.

Cancellation after the third class, no refund or credit will be received.

In case of emergencies, a refund will be issued for the remaining balance of fees when you present a physician's letter to the director.
