Our Knowledgable and Dedicated Coaches:
Our coaching staff is comprised of selected individuals who are ready to coach all children and lead those who are capable to the elite level. Also, our coaches and instructors are experienced and knowledgeable individuals who hold safety certifications. Your child's safety and enjoyment are our coaches' primary concern while teaching gymnastics. Our Philosophy: "To teach children gymnastics for total development with emphasis on character development and to challenge each child to the best of their abilities." Aurelia Dobre-Mofid. 1987 World Champion and 1988 Olympic Silver medalist. She has been coaching since 1993. Aurelia also is our main Artistic Gymnastics choreographer. Aurelia is very dedicated to her teams. Aurelia seeks for perfection when it comes to teaching the skills. She will show the results in a short time.
Olga has over 25 years coaching experience and is one of the top rhythmic gymnastics coaches in the country. She has instructed gymnasts of all ages and levels, from novice Level 5 through senior elite. Her successful program has produced many champions including a US national team member who currently competes under Olga’s guidance at the international level. Olga holds a USAG Brevet Judge license and a 4th degree. Gymnasts coached by Olga competed at the international level for Russia.
Rhythmflex was delighted to have Marina join our coaching staff in 2003. As a former Level 10 rhythmic gymnast, Marina applies her rhythmic knowledge and experience to teaching the fundamentals of this beautiful sport to our Level 5 and 6 gymnasts. She also assists Olga with the upper levels, ensuring each gymnast receives the proper level of guidance and critical input. Like Olga, Marina holds a USAG professional membership and is safety certified.
Lena is a great asset to our Rhythmic Gymnastics program. She Coaches our team member plus most of the Rhythmic Gymnastics classes. She is an experienced and knowledgable coach. Lena is holding Master degree and is capable of coaching very high level of Rhythmic Gymnastics. Lena also makes most of our Group Rhythmic routines.

Valeri Schmidt is our Complusories head coach. She is a highly professional coach and has been coaching up to level 10 for the last 20 years. She loves all the kids no matter what. She is also a great counselor when the kids have a hard time to get going. She is an excellent communicator. She is one of our best assets to our Artistic Gymnastics program.
Kayla Schmidt: Is a former gymnasts of Gymnastics Of America. She is very dedicated in her coaching Job. Kayla is our Mason Dixon head coach and she loves her team. She makes sure the gymnasts work hard and not to wast e any time. She is very dedicated and serious about her job.

Veronica is our forner gymnast. She is very knowledgeable and serious about her teaching. All her students love her. She also coahes our pre-teams.
Brooke is one or our fun instructors who does a great job with all different ages. She is a former gymnast and has been teaching for us since Sept. 2007. She is a great asset to our program.

Marcella is one our great preschool instructors. She loves Gymnastics and working with young children. She is a former Romanian gymnasast and has lots of experience. All children love Marcella and would like to be in her class. Her dedication and care is highly appreciated.
